We are committed to serving in our local community in a variety of outreach activities.
Super Days
These are special outreach events in designated areas. The target is evangelism. Super Day events consist of skits, puppets,
music and singing, and hotdogs. They are designed to draw the crowds in and then present the gospel.

Family and Friends Fellowship
These events are held in various places, such as community areas, backyard swimming pools, and sometimes at the church. They
are occasionally held at a community park.
Fish n Loaves
Serving food and/or meals free of charge at selected times. These dinners are served to the elderly, sick and shut in, public
service people, and to those in need. Meals are also provided during times of sickness, death, and other special needs.The meals are given
with loving care by the members of New Harvest, and are distributed throughout the area. At times the food is given in boxes and contains
a variety of items.
Angel Food is a food ministries program that offers food at discount prices, and contains a variety of food items. A box of food costs $30. This same box of food would cost approximately double that amount at the grocery store. Specials are also offered at additional prices.
Relay for Life
New Harvest participates in the National Cancer Society Relay for Life. We have fundraising projects throughout the year and set up a booth in the walk, held the second Friday - Saturday of September each year.

Harvest Festival
New Harvest presents a Family Fun Night each Halloween as an alternative for kids and families. Carnival games, rides, prizes, and all sorts of food are provided. The Hay Ride is a favorite of everyone, as is the Trunk or Treat.

Helping Hands is a benevolence outreach ministry of New Harvest Church. Assisting with food, clothing, shoes, and special emergency needs. For more about the helping hands ministry, check out the helping hands page.
Our Easter Eggstravaganza is an event where we hold a special day of fun, games, and fellowship for the entire family. Hotdogs,
desserts, and sodas are served. We have an Easter Egg Hunt for the children. This is a community event, and is free of
charge.
