Our Values

NETWORKING - Psalm 133:1; Eccl. 4:9-12
Networking "connects" us relationally with other churches and ministries. This provides our church with fellowship and opportunities for ministry that we could not accomplish independently. It also provides spiritual oversight and covering for the church.

EVANGELISM - Matt. 28:19-20; Acts 1:8
We believe in global and cross cultural evangelism. We purpose to reach every segment of society. Our evangelistic efforts begin at home and extend to the nations of the earth. We are a "World Missions" church.

WORSHIP - Psalm 95:6; John 4:23-24
Praise and worship are the heartbeat of who we are and what we do. This is our ministry unto the Lord, as we exalt Him in joyful celebration and in humble reverence.

HARVEST - John 4:25-36
The harvest field of souls are ready to be reached. We purpose to reach them with strategic outreach events and ministry projects, as well as our various methods of ministry within the church.

ACCOUNTABILITY - Matt. 12:36; Rom. 14:12
We believe that every member should commit to a lifestyle of consistent spiritual growth with honest accountability. Honesty, transparency and accountability are essential to maturing in the Christian life.

RELATIONSHIPS - Rom. 12:9-21 & 14:1-3; Eph. 4:1-3
We believe that genuine love and caring relationships are key to life and ministry. Every person, Christian or non-Christian, is valuable to God. We strive to build relationships through home fellowships, Church based activities, and other means, such as retreats and special events.

VICTORY - I Cor. 15:57
We believe that we can live a life of victory over the enemy and every circumstance we face.

EDIFICATION - Rom. 14:19; I Cor. 14:12; Eph. 4:11-12,16
The biblical definition of this word is to be a house builder. Our goal is to "build up" every believer spiritually. We believe this is accomplished through the ministry of the word and the fellowship of other believers.

SPIRITUAL GIFTS - Rom. 12:1-8; I Cor. 12 & 14
We believe that every member has been given spiritual gifts to be discovered, developed and deployed in serving others.

TRAINING - Eph. 4:11-16, II Tim. 2:2
We believe that every member is called to God to minister. At New Harvest, we equip the believer to fulfill their call through "Spirit-empowered" preaching and teaching.
